Fashion and Student Trends

I co-founded Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s first general fashion interest and professional development club to bring together a community of individuals passionate about the fashion industry on campus. Fashion and Student Trends (now FITS) focuses on encouraging self-expression through fashion, photography, garment construction, building connections in the fashion industry, and building community.

As co-president, I helped lead + manage a team to put together virtual and in-person workshops, shopping events, social events, and networking opportunities with fashion industry professions. I helped facilitate planning of the college's first annual student-designed fashion show while also showcasing my work as a student designer.
